  • Scottie Moffatt, age 54 of Oden, AR, passed away August 5, 2017. He is preceded in death by his father, Eugene E. Moffatt, sister, Sheila Dianne Moffatt , maternal grandparents, Fred and Lillie Counts and other family.

    Scottie is survived by his mother, Mary Inman, son, William Joseph Moffatt, sister, Sherry Bowling (Billy), Nephews, Kenneth David Thomas (Susan), Colt Dallison Cole (Courtney), many great nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.

    A visitation will be held Thursday, August 10, 2017 at the Brushy Church from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Brother Tommy Bershears officiating. Interment will follow at Brushy Cemetery. Pallbearers: David Thomas, Colt Cole, Billy Bowling, Doug Ford, Terry Carter and Donnie James.     Scottie, you were one of a kind man. I can never thank you enough for being such an awesome Godfather to my baby boy!! We both love you so very much and as much as I hate that you're gone from this world, I'm so very glad you can finally rest!! I love you "Scottie Dawg"...until we meet again my friend!! 💙💜💙💜💙💜
